Concealed Weapon Training and Permit

If so, join us on April 18, 2009 for a concealed weapon permit training class.

The six hour classroom session will take place at the Marshall County Republican Party Headquarters, 120 E. 12th Street, Benton, KY 42025 -- on the court square. From there, we will head to the shooting range, just south of the North Entrance to LBL, where we will spend two hours on the range. Upon your successful completion of the class and acceptance of your application, you will receive a concealed weapons permit.

The cost of this class is an inexpensive $85, which includes lunch. All you need to bring is a handgun, ear and eye protection, 20 rounds of ammunition, and a gun cleaning kit. Don't have a gun? Share one with a friend (limited to three students per handgun and should be arranged prior to class).

- Limited eye and ear protection will be available the day of class if needed.
- Leave your handguns in your car the day of class. Do not bring your handguns into class - we will get them out at the range.
